SHIPPING INFO

WHEN:  We gather orders and roast Mondays and Tuesdays each week, and fulfill orders as promptly as possible, usually within 2 to 5 business days of your order. If you have specific shipping questions give us a shout at orders@crcrcoffee.com or 503.325.2755

WHERE:  We can ship anywhere in the continental U.S. and to military APO addresses via USPS. We can ship internationally but it gets REALLY expensive. Give us a shout if you'd like to see how expensive!

HOW:  We ship via USPS ground advantage and Priority, which can be 5 to 7 days' delivery once they pick up from us, or 2 to 3 days, respectively (though they don't guarantee), or via UPS ground, which varies depending on your distance from our zip code.

WHY? RETURNS/EXCHANGES:  Coffee is perishable and we roast to orders' specifications, so we're not able to do returns or exchanges. However, if there are errors in your order or you have any issues with your coffee, please contact us right away about them, at orders@crcrcoffee.com or 503.325.2755 we'll see how we can help. We really want you to be happy with your purchase!
